While not actually an organization, Eden's countless orphans and misfits comprise the lowest rung of the city's social ladder. They are a forgotten generation viewed as petty criminals by the general public. They favor leather jackets and share a passion for fast cars and rock music. Many have earned their place on various crews running heists for Eden's criminal syndicates.
